The program begins on Saturdays with the launch of a video by Shirzad Chamine, Stanford researcher and developer of PQ.

Before the program start, you will receive an invitation to create a profile, complete the PQ & saboteur assessments and download the PQ app. The app will serve as your guide through the 6-week program, will record your PQ progress, and provide access to Shirzad's book Positive Intelligence as well as weekly videos.

Optionaly I offer to facilitate a weekly1-hour coaching session to support your practices, learning, and shifts ($200.00 an hour, please contact me if interested).

  • Two tools, PQ and saboteur assessments, reveal your positivity quotient and the saboteurs who work to undermine positivity. Once aware, you can choose to shift to the positive. These assessments measure how much your mind is serving or sabotaging, identifying negative patterns and levels of positivity. Every individual has a "judge"; you know the voice in your head that speaks of being unworthy, not good enough, or undeserving. The judge is supported by a cast of other characters, saboteurs, who differ for each person. Each saboteur has a unique mode of operation and reinforces the voice of the judge.
